This Refund & Cancellation Policy outlines the terms under which refunds or cancellations are processed by Hatbaliya Technologies.

2. Advance Payment

  • All projects require a 50% advance payment to initiate work
  • The advance payment is strictly non-refundable once the project work has commenced

3. Cancellation by Client

  • If the client cancels before work has started, the advance amount may be refunded after deducting administrative charges
  • If cancellation is requested after work has started, no refund shall be applicable

4. Cancellation by Hatbaliya Technologies

  • Hatbaliya Technologies reserves the right to cancel a project in case of non-cooperation, non-payment, or breach of terms by the client
  • In such cases, the advance amount shall not be refunded

5. Delayed or Incomplete Payments

  • Final deliverables will be shared only after receipt of full and final payment
  • Delays in payment may result in project suspension without prior notice

6. No Refund Scenarios

Refunds will not be provided for:

  • Change of mind by the client
  • Delays caused due to lack of client inputs
  • Third-party service failures (hosting, payment gateways, APIs, etc.)
  • Completed or partially completed work

7. Refund Processing

  • Approved refunds, if any, will be processed within 7–10 working days
  • Refunds will be issued via the original payment method only

8. Policy Updates

Hatbaliya Technologies reserves the right to modify this policy at any time without prior notice.

9. Acceptance

By availing our services, the client acknowledges and agrees to this Refund & Cancellation Policy.
